How To Open A Rhombus Account?
To open an account on Rhombus Console, follow these steps:
- Receive a Welcome email from Rhombus when a user account is first created.
- Click the 'Create My Account' button in the Welcome email to create a password for the account.
- Enter the desired password, check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click 'Create Account'.
- Once the account has been created, log in on the mobile app. Navigate to the device's app store and download the app titled 'Rhombus Systems'. The first time the app is opened, log in by entering the email address and clicking 'Next'. Then enter the password and click 'Sign In'.

Rhombus Return Policy?
The Return Policy for Rhombus Console is as follows:
If unsatisfied with a Rhombus purchase, it may be returned for a full refund under the following conditions:
- The product is still in new condition and not damaged in any way.
- All products being returned are shipped back to Rhombus.
- A refund request is submitted within 60 days of purchase.

In addition to the return policy, Rhombus cameras come with a standard 10 year warranty. The R1 comes with a 2 year standard warranty. Rhombus sensors come with a standard 2 year warranty. The full terms of the warranty can be found on the Rhombus website.
